基层医务人员的糖尿病防治能力培训效果评价研究

Evaluation on the Effect of Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Ability Training of Grassroots Medical Staff

目的评价研究基层医务人员的糖尿病防治能力培训效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年10月基层医务人员300名为研究对象,采用统一调查表对所有医务人员在糖尿病防治能力培训前后的相关指标评分进行对比分析。结果在疾病防治知识掌握上,培训后得分(17.2±2.3)分较培训前(15.2±2.1)分显著较高(P<0.05)。在健康教育技能掌握和指导信念上,培训后各指标评分均显著高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论针对基层医院人员加强培训糖尿病防治能力的效果非常显著,即可有效提升医务人员健康教育技能水平、信念以及疾病防治知识掌握度。

Objective To evaluate the training effect of diabetes care ability among primary medical staff. Methods A total of 300 primary medical staff from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects. A unified questionnaire was used to compare and analyze the scores of relevant indicators before and after the training of diabetes in all medical staff. Results In the knowledge of disease prevention and control, the score after training(17.2±2.3)points was significantly higher than that before training(15.2±2.1)points, and(P<0.05). In the health education skills mastery and guiding beliefs, the scores of all indicators after training were significantly higher than before training, and(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of strengthening the training ability of diabetes in primary hospitals is very significant, which can effectively improve the health education skills, beliefs and disease prevention knowledge of medical staff.
