摘要
狂犬病再次暴露后疫苗接种程序,相关规定不尽相同。该文分析了有关规定的相互关系,认为实际操作和《中国药典》不一致,存在隐患和法律风险;建议对《中国药典》和工作规范、技术指南相关条款及时修订更新,加快科学研究新成果的转化,并在法律层面加以规范,使狂犬病防控工作更科学、更有效。
The vaccination program after rabies re-exposure is not the same. This paper analyzes the relationship between the relevant regulations, and believes that the actual operation is inconsistent with the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia", there are hidden dangers and legal risks;it is recommended to timely update and accelarate the relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, work norms, and technical guidelines to accelerate the transformation of new scientific research results and regulate it at the legal level to make the prevention and control of rabies more scientific and effective.
