摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)技术,研究了正极铅膏的和膏温度、酸量、搅拌时间、铅粉类型及添加剂对4BS生成的影响。研究表明,和膏温度、酸量和搅拌时间是4BS生成的必要条件,而且在没有添加剂时β型铅粉与4BS晶种可促进铅膏4BS生长,但是Sb2O3与Sn SO4的加入完全抑制了4BS的生长。
In this paper,the influences of the paste mixing temperature,acid content,mixing time,leady oxide type and additives on the 4BS formation of the positive lead paste are studied by means of electron scanning microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)technique.The results show that the paste mixing temperature,acid content and mixing time are the necessary conditions for the generation of 4BS.The beta-type leady oxide and 4BS seed can promote the growth of 4BS in the lead paste in the absence of additives,but the addition of Sb2O3 and SnSO4 can completely inhibit the growth of 4BS in positsve paste.
