摘要
[目的]研究油梨种质的遗传多样性。[方法]以国内收集的170份油梨种质资源为试材,采用相关系数、主成分分析和聚类分析等多元统计方法,对15个表型性状进行了鉴定分析。[结果]各性状遗传多样性指数在0.036~2.067,表明所选油梨资源具有丰富的遗传变异类型;主成分分析结果表明,5个主成分因子的累计贡献率达71.732%;聚类分析结果显示在欧氏距离为5.0时可将供试材料分为四大组群。[结论]结果为鉴别和利用油梨种质资源提供了参考依据。
[Objective] In order to study the genetic diversity of avocado.[Method] Based on 170 avocado germplasm resources collected in China,15 phenotypic traits were identified and analyzed by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.[Result] The results showed that diversity index of traits were between 0.036~2.067,which indicated that the genetic diversity of avocado resources was abundant. The principle components analysis on 15 quantitative traits indicated that the accumulative contribution of 5 principle components accounted for 71.732 % of total variation. At 5.0 Euclidean distances,170 avocado resources could be classified into 4 groups.[Conclusion] The results provided the thcorctical guidance in purposely utilizing avocado germplasm resources.
