老年腹股沟斜疝合并糖尿病手术患者的护理

Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Inguinal Hernia and Diabetes

目的对实施手术治疗的老年腹股沟斜疝合并糖尿病患者的护理措施进行分析与研究。方法按入院前后顺序,将自该院2016年5月—2018年4月所接诊的64例老年腹股沟斜疝合并糖尿病患者均分成A组与B组。A组采取常规护理;B组采取围手术期护理;比较两组患者的护理效果及血糖控制情况。结果 B组患者入院后的血糖值显著低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理满意度(90.6%)高于A组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.157,P<0.05)。结论对老年腹股沟斜疝并糖尿病患者予以围手术期护理干预,可有效控制患者的血糖,并提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and study the nursing measures for elderly patients with inguinal hernia and diabetes mellitus undergoing surgical treatment. Methods According to the order of admission, 64 elderly patients with inguinal hernia and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were divided into group A and group B. Group A received routine care;group B received perioperative care;comparison of the two groups of patients with care and glycemic control. Results The blood glucose levels of patients in group B were significantly lower than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of group B(90.6%) was higher than that in group A(75.0%), with academic significance(χ^2=3.157, P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for elderly patients with inguinal hernia and diabetes can effectively control the patient’s blood glucose and improve the patient’s satisfaction.
