妊娠期糖尿病诊断的整个流程中,遵循伦理原则是检验工作人员乃至医护人员必须做到的最基本原则。该文全面分析了检验医务工作者在妊娠期糖尿病诊断实践工作中所应处理好的相关伦理问题,并阐述了妊娠糖尿病检验中的伦理原则。在此基础上,该文进一步对妊娠糖尿病检验工作中各环节作出思考和探索,旨在推动妊娠糖尿病检验遵循科学时兼顾伦理道德原则开展和实践,进一步提高医疗及相关机构对孕妇的人文关怀,最终探索整个妊娠糖尿病检验伦理体系建设。

In the whole process of diagnosis of gestational diabetes, following the ethical principles is the most basic principle that must be done to test the staff and even the medical staff. This paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant ethical issues that medical workers should handle in the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes, and expounds the ethical principles in the testing of gestational diabetes. On this basis, this paper further considers and explores all aspects of gestational diabetes test work, aiming to promote the development and practice of gestational diabetes test in accordance with the principles of ethics and ethics in science, and further improve the humanistic care of pregnant women in medical and related institutions and to explore the construction of the entire gestational diabetes test ethics system.
