刍议社会网络在企业家创业中的作用——基于温州籍煤老板创业案例的探讨

On the Role of Social Network in Entrepreneurship——Discussion on the case of Wenzhou Coal Owner

企业资源的获取与社会网络密切相关,其占有稀缺性资源的差别,在社会网络中形成的关系的数量、方向、力度以及行动者在网络中的位置,影响着资源流动的方式和效率,进而成为影响其创业成功与否的重要因素。本文基于温州籍煤老板在山西的创业案例,结合其坚守、转型再创业等情况,探讨社会网络在企业家创业阶段的作用以及企业家依靠社会网络持续创业的过程,并进一步分析在不同阶段的创业过程中社会网络的作用和功能,研究发现社会网络在温州籍煤老板创业的不同阶段起着不同的作用。

The acquisition of enterprise resources is closely related to the social network, and the difference in its possession of scarce resources, the number, direction, strength of relations formed in the social network, and the position of actors in the network affect the way and efficiency of resource flow, which become the important factors that affect the success of its entrepreneurship. Based on the case of Wenzhou coal boss in Shanxi province, combined with its adherence, transformation and re-entrepreneurship, etc., this paper discusses the role of social network in the entrepreneurial stage and the process of entrepreneurs relying on social network to continue to start their own business, further analyzes the role and function of social network in different stages of entrepreneurship, and finds that social network plays different roles in different stages of entrepreneurship.
