摘要
论文以北京棚户区为例,结合ArcGIS的强大的空间分析和数据处理能力,在收益平衡计算方面,依据实际采集的图文及Excel数据资料,结合传统的基数修正法,测算各地块的预算成本费用与收益,从而分析统计出各个地块的盈亏平衡状况,使得能够根据各地块的盈亏状况,进行地块的捆绑评估测算,达到收益合理化,从而为政府和开发商在房屋拆迁与规划建设中提供可靠的信息服务和决策依据。
In this paper,taking the shantytowns in Beijing as an example,combined with ArcGIS's powerful spatial analysis and data processing capabilities,in terms of revenue balance calculation,according to the actual collection of graphic and Excel data,combined with the traditional cardinal correction method,the cost of the budget costs and benefits is measured,so as to analyze the statistics of the various land break-even situation.According to the situation of profits and losses in different places,the land can be assessed and calculated by bunding,so as to achieve the rationalization of income,so as to provide a reliable information services and decision-making basis for the government and developers in housing demolition and planning and construction.
