摘要
针对仓库布局规划问题,在传统SLP方法的基础上,建立了仓库布局规划的数学模型和仿真模型。由于仿真计算存在效率低下的不足,设计了基于遗传算法和仿真方法的两阶段优化方法。最后结合实例,对算例中的物资仓库布局方案进行了合理设计。结果表明,基于遗传算法和仿真方法的两阶段优化方法,避免了传统SLP方法的人为干扰,并吸收了数学模型和仿真模型的优势,使得仓库布局方案更加完整、合理,且该方法可在规定的时间内得到满意解,保证了求解方法的计算效率。
Aiming at the problem of warehouse layout planning,the mathematical model and simulation model of warehouse layout planning are established based on the traditional SLP method.Due to the inefficiency simulation method,a two-stage optimization method is designed based on genetic algorithm and simulation method.Finally combined with the instance,the warehouse layout scheme is designed rationally.The results show that the two-stage optimization method based on genetic algorithm and simulation method can avoid interference of human factors in the traditional SLP method and absorb the advantages of mathematical model and simulation model to make the warehouse layout scheme more complete and reasonable,and the method can come up with a satisfactory solution within the prescribed period of time,and ensure the calculation efficiency of the solving method.
