摘要
为了对滚铆机主轴的主运动控制系统进行设计分析,论文以YJH195中等型号冲焊型液力变矩器涡轮叶片滚铆机为研究对象。首先利用Matlab软件中Simulink模块,分别建立主轴主运动控制系统中变频器、电机、减速器和编码器各环节模型,得到其系统的传递函数以及状态空间方程。并利用Simulink对模型参考自适应控制系统(MRAC)仿真模型进行建立。分析结果表明,控制系统是稳定的,转速仿真结果与实际转速要求一致,在动态性能上对实际系统进行了模拟,可满足速度仿真中对主轴主运动转速控制环节的要求。通过利用Simulink控制系统仿真可以节约设计者分析设计时间并提高产品开发周期。
In order to exercise on the spindle rolling riveting control system design and analysis,this paper takes a YJH195 middle type of impulse welding type torque converter turbine blade rolling machine as the research object.Firstly,the model of the inverter,motor,reducer and encoder in the main motion control system of the spindle is established by using the Simulink module in Matlab,and the transfer function and the state space equation of the system are obtained.Simulink is used to model the Model Reference Adaptive Control system simulation model.The simulation results show that the control system is stable and the simulation results are in accordance with the actual speed requirements.The actual system is simulated in the dynamic performance to meet the requirements of the main speed control of the spindle.Through the Simulink control system simulation can save the designer to analyze the design time and improve the product development cycle.
