小莫合流域受创野苹果根萌数量特征的环境驱动力分析 被引量:1

摘要 根萌是受创野苹果Malus sieversii (Ldb.)Roem植株的修复剂,环境因子是影响根萌萌发的重要驱动力。以伊犁河谷南侧山坡的野苹果植株为研究对象,通过对样地内野苹果根萌蘖状况进行调查,运用传统统计学和冗余分析相结合的方法,探讨影响根萌萌发的环境驱动因子,为该区生态系统的修复和珍稀濒危种质资源的抢救提供了初步的理论依据。研究表明:(1)埋深、草高、埋粗、温度、郁闭度、地径是影响野苹果根萌的主要驱动因子,环境解释量累计达79%;(2)6个主要驱动因子对根萌数量特征重要性排序:草高>埋深>郁闭度>地径>温度>埋粗;(3)根萌个数与野苹果母树的地径、根系埋粗、温度呈正相关关系,与草高、埋深、郁闭度呈负相关关系,揭示了地径、埋粗、温度在一定范围内的增大是利于根萌萌发的正向驱动力,而草高、埋深、郁闭度则为抑制根萌萌发的逆向驱动力。 Stool shoot is a repair agent for the plants of Malus sieversii(Ldb.)Roem.Environmental driving factors are important for root germination.In this paper,the Malus sieversii(Ldb.)Roem is studied by the combination of traditional statistics and redundant analysis on the southern mountain slope of the Ili Valley,so as to invest the sprouting status of Malus sieversii(Ldb.)Roem roots in the sampled plot and to explore the environmental drivers that influence the germination of stool shoot.It provides a preliminary theoretical basis for the restoration of the ecosystem and the rescue of rare and endangered germplasm resources.The results are as follows.(1)Buried depth,grass height,buried thickness,temperature,canopy closure,and ground diameter are the main driving factors affecting the stool shoot of Malus sieversii(Ldb.)Roem,and the environmental decomposition release amount reaches to 79%.(2)The ranking of importance of the six major driving factor to the stool shoot number is grass height>buried depth>canopy closure>ground diameter>temperature>buried coarse.(3)The number of stool shoot is positively correlated with the ground diameter,root thickness and temperature of Malus sieversii(Ldb.)Roem trees,while negatively correlated with grass height,depth and canopy density.If the elements such as ground diameter,buried thickness and temperature are increased within a certain range,it is beneficial to the positive driving force of stool shoot,while grass height,depth of burial and canopy closure are the driving forces to suppress stool shoot.
