摘要
为了合理利用油菜种质资源,降低组配油菜杂交组合的盲目性,对30份油菜骨干亲本材料的主要农艺性状和品质性状进行考察,采用11个农艺性状指标(株高、千粒质量、含油量等)进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:聚类分析及主成分分析结果一致性较高,30份参试材料被分为3大类,大部分保持系和恢复系材料被分开;方差分析显示,保持系和恢复系材料内变异系数为86.40%,保持系和恢复系材料间仅为13.60%,保持系和恢复系材料内部差异大于它们之间的差异。研究结果为油菜杂交育种选配高产亲本组合和生产利用等提供重要的参考依据。
Rapeseed germplasm resources are very important for breeding in plants.In order to make efficient use of rapeseed germplasm resources and reduce blindness in combination selection of crosses,the genetic diversity of 30 elite lines in Brassica napus L.was evaluated in the study by 11 agronomic and quality traits,including plant height,thousand seeds mass,oil content and so on.The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis were consistent.30 tested materials were classified into three groups,most maintainer lines and restorer lines were separated each other.The variance analysis showed that the coefficient of variation within populations was 86.40%,the difference among populations was 13.60%,this showed that the difference within maintainers and restorers was greater.The present study is helpful to guide the selection of strong heterosis combinations and make more effective use of heterosis.
