摘要
文章基于四自由度半车模型提出了汽车车轮动载的两种估算方法。为了测试车轮动载估算方法在不同行驶工况下的估算精度,基于多体动力学仿真软件Adams/Car进行了八种不同工况的动力学仿真。结果表明在车辆有水平方向加速度时拓展估算方法相较于基础估算方法有明显的估算精度提高。此外通过在频域范围内对比动载估算方法拓展前后的结果发现,悬架导向杆系传力的拓展主要在频率范围0-3Hz对车轮动载估算结果产生影响。而在10-40Hz频率范围内的动载估算误差主要由悬架零件力的估算偏差导致。
Based on the four-degree-of-freedom semi-vehicle model, two methods for estimating the dynamic wheel load are proposed. In order to test the accuracy of the dynamic wheel load estimation method under different driving conditions, the dynamics simulation under eight different driving conditions was carried out based on the multi-body dynamics simulation software Adams/Car. The results show that the extended estimation method has a significant estimation accuracy compared with the basic estimation method, when the vehicle has horizontal acceleration. In addition, by comparing the results of the dynamic load estimation method in the frequency domain, it is found that the extension of the suspension guide beam transmitted force mainly affects the dynamic wheel load estimation result in the frequency range of 0-3Hz. The dynamic wheel load estimation error in the frequency range of 10-40 Hz is mainly caused by the estimation deviation of the suspension part force.
