摘要 由于目前CAD软件不具备三维零件尺寸标注的功能,本文针对三维轴类零件提出了一种尺寸自动标注的算法。该算法首先对零件模型进行局部特征形状的识别,对不同的特征用相应的结构体存储信息,并对其设定优先级,然后根据优先级进行排序,把同类型的特征放入对应的数组,然后对数组里面的对象依次进行尺寸标注,标注过程当中可能会出现尺寸冗余的情况,本文采用图论中的并查集算法对冗余尺寸进行判断,给出了算法判断的步骤;最后通过UG平台,用C++语言开发了对应的程序,对算法进行实例测试来验证其可行性与正确性。 Because the current CAD software does not have the function of dimensioning 3D parts, this paper presents an algorithm of dimensioning for 3D axle parts. Firstly, the algorithm recognizes the local feature shape of the part model, stores information with corresponding structure for different features, and sets priority for them, and then ranks them according to the priority, and adds the same type of objects to its corresponding array, and then dimensiones the objects in the array in turn. Dimensional redundancy may occur in the labeling process,in this paper, we use the union search algorithm in graph theory to judge the redundant size, and give the steps to judge the algorithm. Finally, through UG platform, the corresponding program is developed with C++ language, and the algorithm is tested by an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
