摘要
混动变速器与常规变速器相比,混动变速器齿轮系统与驱动电机直接相连,换挡过程中被同步侧的转动惯量增加,更容易因冲击产生各种NVH问题,本文将对不同部位的NVH问题提出解决对策。
Compared with the conventional transmission, the hybrid transmission gear system is directly connected to the drive motor. The moment of inertia on the synchronous side during the shifting process increases, so it is easier to generate various NVH problems due to the impact. This article proposes a solution of the NVH problem of different parts.
