摘要
模具制造是现代工业生产中的基本工艺,不仅能够提高工业生产效率,对于工业品的质量稳定也有深远影响,但是由于模具生产劳动强度大,表面精加工技术落后,导致模具生产存在制造周期长,质量低下的问题,制约了模具制造行业的发展。本文将通过对模具制造中模具表面精加工的技术分析,探究模具生产制造现状及工艺应用水平,探讨模具制造中模具表面精加工的发展方向。
Mould manufacturing is a basic process in modern industrial production, which can not only improve industrial production efficiency, but also have a far-reaching impact on the quality stability of industrial products. However, due to the high labor intensity of die production and the backward surface finishing technology, there are problems of long manufacturing cycle and low quality in die production, which restrict the development of die manufacturing industry. In this paper, through the technical analysis of die surface finishing in die manufacturing, the current situation of die manufacturing and the level of process application will be explored, and the development direction of die surface finishing in die manufacturing will be discussed.
