摘要
采煤机在煤岩开采中发挥着巨大的作用,采煤机性能的好坏影响着采煤的工作效率和企业的经济效益,截割部作为采煤机的重要组成部分,其电机通常采用"一拖一"双电机控制方式,常规的主从式控制方式会产生严重的偏载现象,极大影响电机的寿命。文章提出了双轴耦合的控制方式,并采用simulink仿真方式对转速偏差及电机受扰的转速响应曲线进行分析,结果表明,该控制方式可极大地改善偏载现象,转速同步精度提高,是一种非常有效的控制方式。
The shearer plays a huge role in coal mining.The performance of shearer affects the working efficiency of coal mining and the economic benefits of enterprises.As an important part of the coal mining machine,the cutting unit usually adopts the "one drag and one" two-motor control method.The conventional master-slave control method will produce serious partial load phenomenon,which will greatly affect the life of the motor.In this paper,a biaxial coupling control method is proposed.The simulation method is adopted to analyze the speed deviation and the speed response curve of the motor.The results show that the control method greatly improves the bias load phenomenon and the speed synchronization accuracy is high.It's a very effective form of control.
