基于着火活化能指标的综放面阻化剂优选研究

摘要 为了更加准确地测算煤炭的自然发火期,防治煤层自燃,基于活化能原理,结合斜沟煤矿13号煤层的实际情况选取煤样,利用热重-红外光谱联用仪,进行煤层自然发火热重试验,得到TG和DSC曲线,根据热分析法对曲线进行分析。基于速率常数与温度的关系式推算出煤样在低温氧化自燃反应时的动力学参数——活化能E和指前因子A,得到煤在不同反应阶段下的反应速度,进而确定煤的自然发火期。将不同阻化剂添加到试验煤样中,测试出煤样的活化能变化规律,从而选择阻化效果最好的阻化剂。 In order to more accurately measure the natural firing period of coal and prevent coal seam self-combustion,coal samples are selected based on the principle of activation energy,combined with the actual situation of the the No.13 coal seam of the Xiegou coal mine,and the coal seam natural hot and hot weight test is carried out using the thermal weight-infrared spectrometer,TG and DSC curves are obtained and analyzed according to thermal analysis method.Based on the relationship between the rate constant and the temperature,the kinetic parameters of the coal sample in the low-temperature oxidation spontaneous combustion reaction,the activation energy E and the pre- factor A,are calculated to obtain the reaction speed of coal at different reaction stages,and the natural combustion of coal is determined period.Different resistors were added to the test coal sample,and the change of activation energy of the coal sample was tested.
