四川省高校教育干部培训现状及需求的调查分析

高校教育干部队伍需要通过教育培训来加强自身建设,对四川省高校教育干部培训现状和需求进行了问卷调查和实地调研,明晰了高校教育干部在培训频次、周期、内容、师资、方式、考核等方面的需求与期望,了解了高校教育干部对培训的认识、存在的问题,以及优化培训的意见和建议。此次调查对干训机构精准有效提供干部培训工作的启示包括加强需求调研,打造体系化、专题化、定制化和菜单式的培训项目,探索适应信息化发展趋势的混合培训新模式,优化教学方式和师资配备等。调查对参训高校的启示包括错峰调训和分段式培训,加强参训信息管理,完善考核方式和健全激励机制等。

Educational cadres in Colleges and universities need to strengthen construction through education and training for the development of educational reform in the new era. This study conducted a questionnaire survey and investiga. tion on the current situation and needs of education cadres training in Sichuan Province. It clarified the needs and expecta. tions of educational cadres in terms of training frequency, cycle, content, teachers, methods and assessment. It also under. stood the views and attitudes on current cadres training, their understanding of existing problems, and their opinions and sug. gestions on optimizing training. The enlightenment of this survey for cadre training institutions includes strengthening de. mand research, creating systematic, thematic, customized and menu-based training projects, exploring a new mixed training model adapted to the development trend of information technology, optimizing teaching methods and teacher allocation, etc. The enlightenment of the survey for colleges and universities includes staggered peak training and sectional training, strengthening the management of participating information, improving the assessment methods and improving the incentive mechanism, etc.
