摘要
胜任力是区分职业活动中个体优秀与普通的重要概念,高等教育质量提升应关注高校专业教师的职业胜任力.基于知识能力、业务能力和价值能力构建高校专业教师职业胜任力的评估模型,并从教师安全感、幸福感和获得感三方面提出了提升高校专业教师职业胜任力的策略.
Competency is an important concept to distinguish individual excellence from ordinary in vocational activities.The quality improvement of higher education should pay attention to occupational competence of college professional teachers.Based on the knowledge ability,professional ability and value ability,this paper constructs the evaluation model of occupational competence of teachers in colleges and universities,and puts forward ways to improve it from three aspects of teachers’senses of security,happiness and acquirement.
