摘要
以80后员工为研究对象,界定了80后员工并分析其成长背景和个性特征.通过问卷调查与分析,深入分析了80后员工的期望激励因素以及各个激励因素所带来的感知程度.从薪酬、成长、成就和工作环境四个方面出发,提出有效激励的策略和建议,以使得激励效用最大化,找到企业员工双赢的平衡点.
Taking the employees of the post-80s as the main line,the paper defines post-80s employees and analyzes their growth background and personality characteristics.By means of the questionnaire survey and analysis,it makes a deeper probe into the motivating factors that the employees of the post-80s expect,as well as the perception that each motivating factors bring about.It develops appropriate measures and feasible proposals that aim at the individual needs and expected motivating factors of the employees of the post-80s.
