摘要
运用问卷调查法和专家访谈法,以太原市为例,对体育健身俱乐部管理模式和会员状况进行分析,研究得出:体育健身俱乐部以中型居多,消费群体大多为中等收入者;俱乐部管理者年龄趋近于年轻化,专业技能水平较高,但管理经验欠缺;俱乐部教练大多是专业出身,但是专业知识技能过硬同时又具有专业执教资质的教练员不多;多数消费者职业为事业工作者,锻炼的动机主要是增肌、塑性和健康,年龄大多在21岁-40岁之间,且男性会员多于女性会员.最后提出了一系列相关的健身俱乐部发展策略。
This paper mainly uses questionnaire survey method and expert interview method,taking Taiyuan city as an example,to analyze the management mode and membership status of sports and fitness clubs.The study concludes that fitness clubs are mostly medium-sized.Most consumers are middle income people.Club managers tend to be younger in age,have higher professional skills,but lack of management experience.Although most of the coaches of the club come from professional backgrounds,there are not many coaches with excellent professional knowledge and skills and professional teaching qualifications.Most consumers are career workers,and their motivation for exercise is mainly muscle building,plasticity and health.Most of them are between 21 and 40 years old,and male members are more than female members.
