“一校一球一操”教育视域下湖南高校啦啦操发展契机和策略

Development Opportunity and Strategy of University Cheerleading in Hunan from the Perspective of “One School,One Ball,One Exercise”

以"一校一球一操"模式为研究起点,通过问卷调查、专家访谈法和实地考察的形式对湖南省高校啦啦操推广的现状进行深入调查,找出推广实施过程中出现的问题和制约推广啦啦操的因素.针对这些问题,提出了加强啦啦操师资队伍建设,提升学校领导和学生对啦啦操项目的重视程度和开展丰富的校园啦啦队活动等对策.

This study is based on the model of“one school,one ball,one exercise”.Through questionnaires,expert interviews,and field visits,current situation of the promotion of cheerleading in colleges and universities in Hunan Province is investigated in depth,and the problems that have emerged in the process of popularization and the factors that restrict the promotion of cheerleading are identified.And according to the problems,it puts forward several suggestions:strengthen the team construction of cheerleading teachers,make school leaders and students attach great importance on cheerleading,and organize various campus cheerleading activities.
