党的十八届三中全会上,"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"作为我国改革的总目标被确定下来。因此,经济治理现代化成为这一时期国家政治、经济的重要任务。经济治理现代化是国家治理现代化的基础。进行经济治理现代化实践的前提是准确把握国家经济治理现代化的概念和时代特征。经济治理现代化是指多元主体对整个国家经济进行治理的系统规则体系和相应设施的现代化,在新时代表现为产业体系现代化基础上的经济制度现代化和经济体制的现代化。

At the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC,the general goal of China’s reform was defined as“to promote the modernization of the state governance system and governance capacity”.Modernization of economic governance is the foundation of modernization of national governance.The precondition for the practice of modernization of economic governance is to grasp the concept and time characteristics of modernization of national economic governance accurately.Modernization of economic governance refers to the modernization of the system of rules and corresponding facilities governing the whole country’s economy by multiple subjects,which is manifested in the modernization of the economic system and the economic system on the basis of the modernization of the industrial system in the new era.
