丝绸之路经济带的发展为陕西与中亚展开产业链合作提供了机遇,有利于陕西及中亚企业降低生产成本,推进合作方之间的优势互补和产业升级。陕西与中亚地区产业链合作具备良好的基础条件。综合考虑陕西与中亚地区产业发展的优势及需求,陕西应重点加强与中亚地区在油气能源产业、农业及装备制造业方面的产业链合作。对此,陕西应加强与中亚各国的政策沟通并开展人文交流活动,大力发展高端制造产业,完善陕西在中亚地区的投资和产能布局。

The development of the Silk Road Economic Belt provides an opportunity for Shaanxi and Central Asia to expand industrial chain cooperation,which helps Shaanxi and Central Asian enterprises to reduce production costs and promote complementary advantages and industrial upgrading among partners.The industrial chain cooperation between Shaanxi and Central Asia has good basic conditions.Considering the advantages and needs of Shaanxi and Central Asia,Shaanxi should focus on strengthening industrial chain cooperation with Central Asia in oil and gas energy industry,agriculture and equipment manufacturing.For this reason,Shaanxi should strengthen policy communication and cultural exchange activities with Central Asian countries,and vigorously develop high-end manufacturing industry,to improve Shaanxi’s investment and capacity layout in Central Asia.
