碎石生产线污水处理泥浆脱水技术应用及经济效益分析

Application and Economic Benefit of Dewatering Technology of Sewage Treatment Mud in Gravel Production Line

碎石生产线作为临时设施主要用于混凝土所需石料的生产与加工,而采用水洗的碎石生产线在生产加工过程常伴污水处理问题,随着我国对环保要求的日趋渐高,妥善处理污水问题已成为现代施工的必然要求。该文简要介绍碎石生产线污水处理泥浆脱水技术在工程上的应用,介绍其技术的先进性,并与常规污水处理方式进行经济对比分析。结果表明:通过该技术的应用有效节省了投资,解决了产能、环保等问题,具有一定的推广前景,为该技术的推广应用及相关碎石生产线污水处理工艺的选择提供参考。

The gravel production line is mainly used as a temporary facility for the production and processing of stone materials needed for concrete.Wastewater treatment problem often occurs in the production.Along with the highly increasing environmental requirements,properly handle the sewage problem has become the inevitable requirement of modern construction.This paper briefly introduces the application of the dewatering technology of sewage treatment mud in the gravel production line.And compared with conventional wastewater treatment methods for analysis of Economic.The results show that the application of the technology effectively saves investment,solves problems such as production capacity and environmental protection,and has certain prospects for promotion.It provides reference for the popularization of the technology and the selection of sewage treatment technology for related gravel production lines.
