高校思政教育改革发展要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为统领,在理论层面,要领会新思想的哲学基础、理论逻辑与价值导向;在实践层面要结合实际开展教育、传播与运用;在新思想的精神层面,要突出新思想所蕴含的忧患意识、斗争精神和担当气魄,从而全方位发挥好新思想对高校思政教育的指导作用。

The reform and development of ideological and political education in colleges should be guided by Xijinping new era thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
