摘要
高校干部队伍中有"亚廉"心理的人一般表现为理想信念意识不坚定、服务意识不强、工作上缺乏动力、人生价值观定位不准确。"亚廉"现象在高校干部队伍中的出现既有深刻的内部、外部原因,也有高校干部队伍自身的原因。预防高校干部队伍的"亚廉"现象产生应从加强干部自身教育、提高管理干部队伍的水平着手。此外,也可通过创新工作机制,运用科技手段来净化并预防"亚廉"现象的产生。
Thosewith the psychology of "dishonesty"in college cadres generally havea weak sense of ideal and belief, feeble service consciousness, poor motivation at workand inaccurate positioning of life values. The emergence of "dishonesty"phenomenon in college cadres has both internal and external reasons, as well as their ownfactors. The prevention of"dishonesty"phenomenon in collegecadres should start from strengthening the education of cadres and raising the level of management cadres. In addition,the phenomenon can be purified and prevented through the innovative working mechanism and scientific technologies.
