摘要
大力推进新工科建设是地方本科院校适应新时代、新经济、新业态,强化内涵发展的重要举措。当下,此类高校人才培养普遍存在培养定位不准、专业建设缺少特色、课程设置与产业需求匹配度低、专任教师工程实践能力不足等问题。明确"培养工具理性与价值理性兼备的工程师"的人才培养定位,把握好新工科人才培养的全面性、跨界性、动态性等新特点,构建产教融合协同育人新机制,才能培养好符合新时代经济与社会发展需求的应用型人才。
Vigorously promoting the construction of new engineering programs is an important measure to adapt applied universities to the new era, new economy and new forms of business, and to promote profound education development. At present, many problems exist in applied colleges and universities, such as inaccurate train objective, lack of characteristics in professional construction, inadequate match between course setting and industrial demand and insufficient engineering practice among full-time teachers. First of all, it is necessary to make clear the running orientation for "cultivating engineers with both technical rationality and value rationality". Secondly, we should grasp the characteristics of new engineering talents development, such as comprehensive, cross-border, dynamic features and so on. Finally, we should focus on integrating industry with education. Only by doing so can we cultivate applied talents better serving economic and social development in the new era.
