摘要
高校教师评价是对教师进行招聘、晋升与奖励的重要衡量指标。有关高校教师综合能力的评价更多从教师教学质量、科研成果与管理能力等方面,展开教师专业技能、心理素质及价值取向的评定,存在较强的控制与功利性。高校应坚持以人为本,制定个性差异化的评价标准,重视不可量化的评价制度实施,更好保障评价制度中教师队伍的参与及互动,促进高校教师评价合理有序进行。
College teacher evaluation is an important measure of recruiting, promotion and reward for teachers. The evaluation of the comprehensive ability of college teachers is more important from the aspects of teachers' teaching quality, scientific research achievements and management ability, and the evaluation of teachers' professional skills, psychological quality and value orientation. There is a strong control and utilitarianism. Colleges and universities should adhere to the people-oriented principle, formulate evaluation criteria for individualized differentiation, attach importance to the implementation of non-quantitative evaluation systems, better guarantee the participation and interaction of teachers in the evaluation system, and promote the rational and orderly evaluation of university teachers.
