摘要
针对我国高职院校师资队伍的现状,分析了入职新教师培训的必要性和意义,明确了"引领教师入职,明确发展方向"等三项任务是高职院校入职新教师培训的主要目的,确定了入职宣誓、教育理论或行业知识培训、学校章程专题培训等十项培训内容,提出了岗前培训、师徒培训等三种培训模式,并对培训效果评价及其培训结果应用提出建议,对高职院校入职新教师尽快完成角色转变,快速成长成为一名合格高职教师进行了探讨。
In view of the situation of teaching staff in higher vocational college, this article analyzed the necessity and significance about orientation training of recruiting teachers, confirmed three main objects(including “Guiding recruiting teachers into the school and clearing the direction of their development”) of orientation training of recruiting teachers, confirmed ten contents (including “entry oath, educational theory or industry knowledge, school constitution special training, etc.) of institutional training of the teachers. Then the paper proposed three training models, such as orientation training, master-apprentice training. Suggestions were also made regarding the evaluation of training effects and the application of training results .
