广西非遗传承人才培养与职业教育融合发展模式及对策研究

Cultivation for Inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritages in Guangxi and the Integration of Vocational Education Model and Countermeasures

文章通过文献分析与实地调查相结合的方法对广西职业教育非物质文化遗产传承人才培养进行现状分析,并借鉴国外开展较为成熟且具有代表性的CDIO工程教育人才培养模式,提出广西非遗传承人才培养与职业教育融合发展模式,并针对性地提出相关对策建议,以期为广西非遗传承人才培养与职业教育融合发展提供重要参考。

This paper analyzes the status quo of the intangible cultural heritage inheritance of vocational education in Guangxi through the combination of literature analysis and field investigation, and draws on the more mature and representative CDIO engineering education talent training model abroad, and proposes non-genetic inheritance talents in Guangxi so as to provide an important reference for the integration of talent cultivation and vocational education in Guangxi intangible cultural heritages.
