广西农村小学教师幸福感现状分析及对策思考

摘要 农村小学教师幸福感的高低,将直接影响到农村基础教育质量。通过对广西189名农村小学教师在工作满意度、职业环境舒适感、职业认同感、工作成就感四个方面进行问卷调查,了解到农村小学教师幸福感缺失现状,并从依法保障教师合法权益、分层次发放教师津补贴、建立健全教师激励机制、努力促进教师专业发展四个方面提出了解决对策,期待提升农村小学教师的幸福感,为提高农村基础教育质量打下牢固基础。 The happiness of primary school teachers will directly affect the quality of basic education in rural areas. Through the survey of 189 rural primary school teachers in Guangxi on job satisfaction, occupational environment comfort, professional identity and job achievement, the paper reveals the status quo of the lack of happiness of rural primary school teachers. It also puts forward some countermeasures from the four aspects of protecting teachers legal rights and interests according to law, distributing teachers' subsidies at different levels, establishing and improving teachers 'incentive mechanism, and striving to promote teachers' professional development. Besides,it hopes to improve the happiness of rural primary school teachers and lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of rural basic education.
