摘要
由于发电厂的制氢站大多数存在火灾与爆炸的风险,因而制氢站的安全与发电厂的稳定运行有着密切的联系。根据制氢站对于防爆的特别要求,本文主要以国内某制氢站为例,阐述了发电厂制氢站照明、电缆敷设、防雷及接地、防火封堵等电气部分的设计方法,综合工程设计标准与施工标准,以及设计中的关键问题。
Many hydrogen generation plant of the power station may have fire disaster risk and explosion risk;therefore,the safety of hydrogen generation plant is closely related to the stable operation of the power station.Basing on special requirements on explosion-proof of hydrogen generation plant and taking an example of a domestic hydrogen generation plant,this paper states the design method of electrical parts such as illumination,cable laying,anti-thunder and earthing,fire-proof sealing andetc.The paper also synthesizes engineering design standard,construction standard,as well as key issues in design.
