摘要
GIS盆式绝缘子局部放电缺陷定位采用的特高频、超声波定位方法均基于到达时间差(TDOA)的平分面法,受GIS设备传感器检测位置、信号传播路径的影响,导致常规TDOA声电组合定位法定位偏差较大。通过超声波、特高频传感器的声电联合定位建模、求解完成局部放电缺陷的高精度定位。试验证明,GIS设备带电检测过程中采用声电联合定位法的定位精度较现有声电组合定位法高,适用于GIS内部局部放电的故障诊断。
As the core insulation components of GIS equipment,basin-type insulators are the crucial for the safe and stable operation of GIS equipment.Localization of basin-type insulators partial discharge defect are based on the time difference of arrival(TDOA)bisector method by ultra high frequency and acoustic.The sensor detects position and signal propagation path,resulting in the conventional acoustic-electric combined positioning method has a large deviation in positioning.In this paper,the high-precision positioning of partial discharge defects is completed by modeling and solving the coordinate of association with acoustoelectric.The experiment proves that during the in-live detection process,the method of ultrasonic associated with electromagnetic wave location has higher location accuracy than the existing combination of acoustoelectric method and suitable for the fault diagnosis of partial discharge inside GIS electrical equipment.
