摘要
武旗Ⅰ回、武旗Ⅱ回输电线路发生冰害跳闸故障,分析认为故障原因为线路所处地形特殊和气象条件恶劣所致。分别按中冰区、轻冰区2种不同覆冰工况对铁塔的承受冰厚进行了验算,结果为中冰区工况下武旗Ⅰ回、武旗Ⅱ回铁塔导线横担等塔材不能满足规范要求;轻冰区工况下武旗Ⅱ回铁塔满足设计要求,而武旗Ⅰ回需要更换杆件。给出了武旗I回、武旗II回单回线路改造方案,并提出了微地形、微气候区域架空输电线路宜采用差异化设计,适当提高区段设计标准等建议。
Ice tripping fault occurred on transmission lines of Wuqi Ⅰ and Wuqi Ⅱ transmission lines.The analysis showed that the fault was caused by the special terrain and bad weather conditions of the transmission lines.The ice thickness of the tower was checked according to two different icing conditions in the middle and light ice areas.The results showed that the tower materials on Wuqi Ⅰand Wuqi Ⅱ lines could not meet the requirements of the specifications under the conditions of the middle ice area;the tower of Wuqi Ⅱ line could meet the design requirements under the conditions of the light ice area,while the poles of Wuqi Ⅰ line should be replaced.The reconstruction schemes of single circuit lines on Wuqi Ⅰ and Wuqi Ⅱ transmission lines were given.Suggestions were put forward that differential design should be adopted in the design of overhead transmission lines in micro-terrain and micro-climate areas,and the design standards of sections should be improved appropriately.
