摘要
内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司2号机组一次风机启动时,2号轴承水平振动超标。根据轴承振动频谱图分析及轴承故障频率监测,确定2号轴承振动大原因为轴承配合间隙增大、1号轴承存在严重缺陷。调整2号轴承间隙并更换1号轴承后,轴承振动恢复正常,保证了设备的长期安全稳定运行。
When unit 2 of Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd.started a fan,the horizontal vibration of bearing No.2 exceeded the standard level.Based on the analysis of the vibration spectrum of the bearing and the frequency monitoring of the bearing failure,it was determined that the main reason for the vibration of bearing No.2 was the increase of the bearing gap and the serious defect of bearing No.1.After adjusting the clearance of No.2 bearing and replacing No.1 bearing,the bearing ran normally,which guaranteed the long-term safe and stable operation of the equipment.
