摘要
为进一步发掘杂草稻的抗白叶枯病基因,同时为水稻白叶枯病抗病育种提供材料基础及理论参考,通过接种鉴定与分子标记检测分析,对148份杂草稻中的抗白叶枯病基因进行发掘和鉴定。结果表明:在148份杂草稻中获得1份中抗白叶枯病的材料W132,分子标记检测发现在W132中不含Xa23和Xa21基因,含有Xa7基因。该材料可作为水稻抗白叶枯病抗病育种的基础种质加以利用。
In order to further explore the resistance to bacterial blight of weedy rice,and meanwhile provide material basis and theoretical reference for rice bacterial blight resistance breeding,through inoculation identification and molecular marker detection analysis,genes resistant to bacterial blight of 148 weedy rice cultivars were explored and identified.Results:A medium resistant material W132 was obtained in the 148 weedy rice cultivars,the resistance gene Xa7 gene was identified in W132,but Xa23 and Xa21 were not found.This material can be used as a basic germplasm for rice resistance to bacterial blight resistance breeding.
