芽孢杆菌的生防活性及其发酵条件优化 被引量:4

摘要 为利用微生物资源研制菌肥以改善荒漠化土壤环境、促进草地植物生长和植被恢复提供依据,实验室条件下,采用平板对峙法测定2个靶标菌株对植物病原真菌的拮抗活性;通过单因素、正交试验等方法优化菌株培养条件。结果表明:STW-2和STW-64菌株分别对5种和6种植物病原真菌具有明显的拮抗活性,抑菌率均超过35%,2菌株对苹果霉心病(粉心聚端孢)的抑制率最高,分别达63.2%和64.2%;STW-2菌株的最佳发酵条件为蔗糖0.3%,蛋白胨0.5%,酵母浸粉1.5%,KH2PO40.5%,pH 7,26℃,120r/min;STW-64的最佳发酵条件为葡萄糖0.3%,蛋白胨0.5%,酵母浸粉1.0%,KH2PO40.5%,pH 7,26℃,120r/min。 This purpose of the article was to provide a basis for the development of microbial fertilizer to improve the desertification soil environment,promote the growth and vegetation restoration of grassland.Under laboratory conditions,the antagonistic activity of strains on plant pathogenic fungi was determined by plate-to-sputum method.The culture conditions of strains were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.Results:STW-2 and STW-64 strains had significant antagonistic activity against 5 and 6 plant pathogenic fungi,respectively,and the inhibition rate was above 35%,among which the apple mould core had the highest antagonistic activity,and the inhibition rate is 63.2%and 64.2%,respectively.The optimal fermentation conditions for STW-2 strain were sucrose 0.3%,peptone 0.5%,yeast extract 1.5%,KH 2PO 4 0.5%,pH 7,26℃,120 r/min;STW-64 optimal fermentation conditions were glucose 0.3%,peptone 0.5%,yeast extract 1.0%,KH 2PO 40.5%,pH 7,26℃,120 r/min.
