毛脉蓼蒽醌类有效成分乙醇提取工艺筛选及优化 被引量:1

摘要 为提高名贵药材毛脉蓼的利用率,采用单因素试验、正交试验与紫外分光光度计扫描相结合的方法优化毛脉蓼蒽醌类有效成分提取工艺。结果表明:料液比对提取率影响最大,其次是乙醇浓度,提取时间的影响最小。毛脉蓼蒽醌类有效成分的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶15,提取温度60℃,提取时长1.5h,乙醇浓度为60%。在此条件下蒽醌类有效成分的最大提取率为0.083 5%。 In order to improve the utilization rate of the precious medicinal material Polygonum cillinerve,the combination of single factor test,orthogonal test and ultraviolet spectrophotometer scanning was used to optimize the extraction process of active components of P.cillinerve.Results:Solid-liquid ratio had the greatest influence on the extraction rate,followed by the concentration of ethanol,and the influence of extraction time was the smallest.The optimal extraction process of the active constituents of P.cillinerve includes solid-liquid ratio 1∶15,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 1.5 h,and ethanol concentration 60%.Under these conditions,the maximum extraction rate of anthraquinones effective components reaches 0.083 5%.
