摘要
2013年底,新三板市场正式启动后迅速成为了我国中小微企业进行融资的首要选择之一,但与此同时,新三板企业特别是物流行业企业挂牌融资过程中也存在着许多风险。文中通过对相关理论研究的阅读与整合以及对官方数据的引用与分析,并且运用了文献分析法、数据统计分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,对我国物流行业新三板企业挂牌融资过程中的风险控制问题进行了探讨,并提出了对策与建议。
After the official launch of the new over-the-counter (OTC) market at the end of 2013,it has quickly become one of the primary financing options for small and medium-sized enterprises in China.However,at the same time,there are also many risks in the listing financing process of new OTC enterprises,especially those in the logistics industry.In this paper,through reading and integration of relevant theoretical research,as well as a reference for the official data and analysis,and use the literature analysis,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,the listed company of our country logistics industry new three board in the process of financing risk control problems are discussed in this paper,and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.
