摘要
为改善西式快餐连锁店菜品物流供应现状,文中以华莱士金华鞋塘店为例,通过对店长和员工的调研,了解了该店菜品物流供应现状及存在的问题,并运用ABC分类法和VMI库存管理模式等方法提出了改进策略。
In order to improve the current situation of western fast-food chains dishes logistic supply,this thesis take CNHLS(xietang shop)for example,through the investigation of the shop manager and staff,acquainted with the current situation and existing problems of the dishes logistic supply.This thesis presents an improved strategy by Activity Based Classification and Vendor Managed Inventory mode.
