摘要
针对A公司3C产品逆向物流业务时效性不高、用户满意度较低的问题,文中在对业务流程现状进行分析的基础上,建立业务流程Petri网模型,发现当前业务流程在系统价格评估、取件订单分配、信息反馈三个环节存在问题,并提出相应的优化措施,达到帮助A公司改善逆向物流业务时效性、提高顾客满意度的目的。
Regarding the low timeliness and low user satisfaction of A company's 3C product reverse logistics business,based on the analysis of the current business process,this paper establishes a Petri net model.There are some problems in the price evaluation,pick-up order allocation,and information feedback.Therefore,this paper proposes corresponding optimization measures to help A company improve the timeliness and customer satisfaction of reverse logistics business.
