摘要
文中通过对H公司整车物流供应链质量管理的研究,结合TOC与PDCA管理理念,通过对管理要素的研究优化验证以及配套的员工、团队绩效考核方法论证,系统地提升供应链质量,最终实现客户感受度的提升,取得了令人满意的效果。
Through the research on the quality management of H company's vehicle logistics supply chain,combined with the management concepts of TOC and PDCA,through the research and optimization of management elements,as well as the demonstration of supporting staff and team performance appraisal methods,this paper systematically improves the quality of supply chain,and ultimately realizes the improvement of customer perception,and achieves satisfactory results.
