摘要
随着城市的日益繁荣,中心区高容积率、高人口密度带来居民生产、生活、活动出行集中进行,并产生不断严重的交通拥堵问题。由于交通拥堵现象多发生在高建成度的城市中心区,因此可供用来新增通道、拓宽道路的空间非常有限。在传统的治堵措施难以施行的情况下,通过盘活存量,挖掘既有路网的潜力,提高交通转换效率的方式来缓解城市拥堵,成为在目前发展阶段下的一条可行之路。文中结合重庆金科十年城片区近期交通改善规划项目,对基于交叉口微改造及交通管理优化的城市治堵方法进行探索与研究。
With the increasing prosperity of the city,the high volume ratio and high population density in the central area bring about the concentration of residents production,life and travel activities,and lead to serious traffic congestion.Because traffic congestion mostly occurs in highly developed urban centers,there is very little space for new passageways and road widening.In the case that the traditional measures are difficult to implement,it is a feasible way to alleviate urban congestion in the current stage of development by making full use of the existing stock,exploring the potential of the existing road network and improving the traffic conversion efficiency.Combined with the recent traffic improvement planning project of chongqing jinke ten-year urban area,this paper explored and studied the urban traffic control method based on the micro transformation of intersection and traffic management optimization.
