首先分析物流企业对物流管理专业人才数量、能力、综合素质方面的需求特点,其次从需求脱节、方法传统、手段单一、实践性不足等方面分析物流管理专业教学现状及问题,最后基于真实应用提出物流管理专业教学模式改革的措施。

Firstly,it analyses the characteristics of logistics enterprises demand for logistics management professionals in terms of quantity,ability and comprehensive quality.Secondly,it analyses the current situation and problems of logistics management teaching from the aspects of disjointed demand,traditional methods,single means and insufficient practicality.Finally,it puts forward the measures of teaching mode reform of logistics management profession based on real application.
