灭菌3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入治疗儿童毛细支气管炎临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of aerosolized 3% sodium chloride solution in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis

目的探讨应用灭菌3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1～12月收治我院儿内科住院治疗的婴幼儿毛细支气管炎患儿100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予灭菌注射用水雾化吸入,q8h;对照组给予灭菌3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入,q8h;分别于治疗后1周内评估患儿临床病情改善程度,记录两组患儿体温恢复正常、咳嗽消失、喘憋症状消失、胸片改善时间、吸氧时间、及疗程时间,比较雾化吸入过程中不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患儿体温恢复正常、咳嗽消失、喘憋症状消失、胸片改善时间、吸氧时间、及疗程时间明显短于观察组,两组差别有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用灭菌3%氯化钠溶液雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎,能够尽快改善临床症状,缓解患儿痛苦,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效,且患儿无不适感。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aerosolized 3% sodium chloride solution in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis. Methods 100 infants with bronchiolitis admitted in the department of pediatrics in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given aerosol inhalation of sterile injection water, q8 h. The control group was given steriled 3% sodium chloride solution for inhalation, q8 h. The degree of clinical condition improvement of the children was evaluated within 1 week after treatment. The time of body temperature returning to normal, the cough disappearance and the wheezing symptoms disappearance, the chest radiograph improvement time, the oxygen inhalation time, and the course of treatment of two groups were recorded. The adverse reactions occurred during the aerosol inhalation were compared. Results The time of body temperature returning to normal, the cough disappearance and the wheezing symptoms disappearance, the chest radiograph improvement time, the oxygen inhalation time, and the course of treatment in the control group was significantly shorter than that of the observation group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of sterilized 3% sodium chloride solution in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis can improve clinical symptoms, relieve the pain of children, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve clinical efficacy, and the child has no discomfort.
