摘要
目的探讨溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法将2017年10月~2018年10月在我院儿科住院治疗的98例细菌性肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组使用维生素C联合头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组使用溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间、血清炎性因子水平变化、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后退热时间、止咳时间、喘息消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-17、PCT水平均明显低于对照组,而IL-10水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心、皮疹、腹泻、头晕等不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论溴己新联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿肺炎的效果显著,能有效抑制血清炎性因子水平,促进症状的快速改善,缩短治疗时间,且有较高的治疗安全性,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of bromhexine combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods 98 children with pediatric bacterial pneumonia in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with vitamin C combined with cefuroxime sodium, and the observation group was treated with bromohexidine combined with cefuroxime sodium. The clinical efficacy, the disappearance of symptoms, serum inflammatory factor levels, adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%, which was significantly higher than that(79.59%) of the control group(P<0.05). The antipyretic time, coughing time, wheezing disappearance time and the disappearance time of the lung wet rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). IL-6, IL-17, PCT levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and IL-10 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, rash, diarrhea and dizziness in the observation group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Bromohexine combined with cefuroxime sodium is effective in the treatment of children with pneumonia. It can effectively inhibit the level of serum inflammatory factors, promote the rapid improvement of symptoms, shorten the treatment time, and has high therapeutic safety. It has positive clinical significance.
