艾迪注射液联合放化疗对老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤疗效、生活质量及白细胞变化的影响

Effect of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on antitumor effect, quality of life and leukocyte changes in elderly patients with advanced malignant tumors

目的分析艾迪注射液联合放化疗对老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者抗肿瘤疗效、生活质量及白细胞变化的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月～2017年12月收治老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者60例,随机分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组均采用放化疗,研究组患者加用艾迪注射液,对比两组抗肿瘤效果等指标情况。结果两组患者治疗后的生活质量评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的生活质量评分之间的差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的进展率(20.7%)显著低于对照组(53.1%)(P<0.05),有效率(47.2%)显著高于对照组(32.5%)(P<0.05),生活质量下降率(14.3%)显著低于对照组(54.3%)(P<0.05),稳定率、提高率(31.4%、63.3%)均显著高于对照组(20.0%、30.0%)(P<0.05),白细胞减少率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者,采取艾迪注射液联合放化疗,能够在很大程度上提升老年恶性肿瘤患者的近期效果,改善患者的生活质量,同时也可以让放化疗所产生的毒副反应得到舒缓,值得在临床中大力推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on anti-tumor efficacy, quality of life and leukocyte changes in elderly patients with advanced malignant tumors. Methods Sixty elderly patients with advanced malignant tumors in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into study group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). Radiotherapy and chemotherapy were used in both groups. The patients in the study group were additionally treated with Aidi injection, and the anti-tumor effects of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of the study group patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The progression rate of the study group (20.7%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (53.1%)(P<0.05), and the effective rate (47.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (32.5%)(P<0.05). The decline rate of quality of life in the study group (14.3%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(54.3%)(P<0.05), and the stability rate and improvement rate(31.4%, 63.3%) were significantly higher than those in the control group(20.0%, 30.0%).(P<0.05). The reduction rate of leukopenia was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with advanced malignant tumors, Aidi injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can greatly improve the short-term treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients, and relieve the side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and appliation.
