摘要
随着电-热系统耦合程度的不断加深,在保证系统运行灵活性的基础上,充分考虑电-热耦合关系,进一步提高新能源消纳水平是电力系统发展所必须面对的问题。首先对装设于发电厂侧的储热装置的运行特性进行分析,在此基础上构建了储热单元就地控制与远方控制的优化控制策略;并将其纳入日前发电计划,构建了考虑储热单元控制策略的系统电-热优化调度模型。为了验证所构建模型的合理性,基于辽宁省电网的实际数据,分析了所构建模型对辽宁省风电消纳能力的提升效果,并对该模型下的电量效益进行了计算分析,有效验证了该模型的合理性与有效性。
With the deepening of electric-thermal system coupling degree,it is necessary to take full account of the electric-thermal coupling relationship and further improve the level of new energy absorption on the basis of ensuring the flexibility of system operation. The operation characteristics of the thermal storage unit installed at the power plant side are analyzed,and the optimal local control and remote control strategy of the thermal storage unit are constructed:,and the optimal dispatching model of the system considering the control strategy of the thermal storage unit is constructed. In order to verify the rationality of the model,based on the actual data of Liaoning power grid,the effect of the model on improving the absorption capacity of wind power in Liaoning Province is analyzed,and the electricity benefit under the model are calculated and analyzed.
